Before your appointment

Who cannot have these treatments?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with an active skin infection in the treatment area. Some medicines and neurological conditions rule out injectables entirely. The consultation exists to establish this before you have paid for anything.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You call the number on your aftercare sheet and speak to the treating clinician, not a receptionist. We hold hyaluronidase on site and carry full medical indemnity.
Why is there a cooling-off period?
Because a treatment decision made in the same appointment as the consultation is not an informed one. It is two days for injectables, and we would rather lose the booking than skip it.
