Online booking, 24/7

Your booking page lists the services you sell, in the categories you sort them into, with the price and the duration next to each one. A client picks a service, a stylist or 'anyone', a day, then a time — three taps to a slot, guest checkout, no account to make. Free-plan salons receive each booking as a request to confirm; Core and above take it instantly and the slot is blocked the moment the client presses confirm, so two people cannot book the same chair. Prices and durations are always the live catalogue's, so the page can never sell an appointment the book cannot actually hold.

  • Services, staff, day, time — in the order a receptionist asks
  • Guest checkout; a client never has to make an account
  • Instant booking on Core and above; request-to-book on Free

Deposits & no-show protection

Set a deposit per service — a fixed amount or a percentage — and the booking page takes it by card before the slot is confirmed. The cancellation policy is shown before payment, the deposit is held against the appointment, and the manage link shows a client exactly what cancelling costs at the moment they look, so there is no argument at the desk. A no-show forfeits the deposit automatically; a cancellation inside the free window refunds it. Deposits taken online are held with the payment processor against the booking, and every refund or forfeit is a recorded line the report can explain later.

  • Fixed or percentage deposit, set per service
  • Policy shown before the card is charged, and again on the manage link
  • Refund, fee or forfeit calculated from the policy, not from a mood

Reminders

Every booking gets a confirmation and a reminder without anyone typing it. Email is on every plan; SMS switches on with the Grow plan, though the SMS provider connection is still completing tenant by tenant, so it may take a short time to go live after you upgrade. WhatsApp joins once the platform's own WhatsApp Business connection goes live — not yet live for any salon. Reminders respect the client's quiet hours — a message due at 6am waits until the window opens — and each one carries the manage link, so a client who cannot make it moves the appointment themselves instead of ringing you at the busiest hour of the day. The reminder schedule is set once for the salon, and a reschedule re-times the messages automatically — nothing to remember, nothing to un-send.

  • Confirmation on booking, reminder before the visit
  • Quiet hours honoured per client
  • Every message carries the manage link

Colour processing time

A colour service is not one block of time. A root tint in the hair seed pack is 45 minutes of applying, 35 minutes of processing when the stylist is free, and 30 minutes of finishing. The calendar holds those three segments as one appointment for the client and frees the stylist for the middle one, so a fringe trim or a blow-dry can be booked into the gap. Buffers — a 10-minute clean-down after a cut, 15 after a massage — are part of the service, so a client can never book into your set-up time.

  • Apply, processing and finishing as one appointment, three segments
  • The stylist's free middle segment is bookable
  • Clean-down buffers belong to the service, not to memory

Waitlist

When the day is full a client joins the waitlist for the service and stylist they want. The moment a slot opens — a cancellation, a reschedule — the first matching client is offered it and has a short window to take it before it goes to the next. Offers go out by the channels the plan includes and the slot is held while the client decides, so you are not double-offering one chair. The list itself is visible from the calendar, so the desk can see who is hoping for Tuesday before deciding whether to open another chair.

  • Join for a service, a stylist, a date range
  • Offers in order, one at a time, with a hold
  • A cancellation becomes a booking without a phone call

Set up the way your kind of salon works

The same booking engine, set up the way your kind of day actually runs — the services listed are the real seed pack a salon of that kind starts with, prices and durations included.

  • Hair salon

Colour appointments block the whole chair, so the gap under the lamp is dead time.

Set processing minutes on root tint, highlights and balayage; the calendar frees the stylist for the middle segment and books a blow-dry into it.

Walk-ins and a queue, three chairs, and no-shows on the 20-minute slots that cost the most to hold.

  • Nail salon

Removal plus a new set is two services in one visit, and add-ons like nail art change the time.

Rooms as well as therapists are the constraint, and every treatment needs turnaround time.

Rooms are resources with their own availability, and buffers of 10–30 minutes belong to the treatment.

Questions

Asked before you ask

Can clients book instantly, or do I confirm each one?

Both, and the plan decides. Free salons receive requests to confirm; Core and above take bookings instantly and the slot is blocked the moment the client confirms.

How do deposits work if a client cancels?

The cancellation policy you set decides. Inside the free window the deposit is refunded; outside it a fee is kept or the deposit forfeited, and the manage link shows the client the exact figure before they confirm the cancellation.

What about colour services with processing time?

Set apply, processing and finishing minutes on the service. The calendar frees the stylist during processing and lets a short service be booked into that gap.

Can a client choose a specific stylist?

Yes, or 'anyone'. Choosing a stylist filters the times to that person's rota; 'anyone' shows every available chair.

Do reminders go by WhatsApp?

Email reminders are on every plan today, and SMS switches on with the Grow plan, though the provider connection is still completing tenant by tenant. WhatsApp is not live yet for any salon — it needs the platform's own WhatsApp Business connection, which is not signed yet — so WhatsApp reminders fall back to email until it is.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Connect a Google account per stylist and appointments appear in their calendar; busy time added there is respected when clients book.

Can clients reschedule themselves?

Yes, from the manage link in every confirmation and reminder. They see the same availability the booking page shows and the policy for moving late.
