Salon software for

Salon software for barbers

A barber's day is thirty-minute slots and a queue at the door. The calendar takes walk-ins at the desk and bookings from the phone into the same column, so neither one double-books a chair.

What goes wrong, and what fixes it

Five problems, five settings — each one names the plan it is on

  1. Walk-ins and bookings fight over the same chair

A walk-in is added at the desk into the live calendar; the next online slot moves with it

  2. Saturday no-shows on a £25 fade

A card deposit on Saturday services only — deposits are set per service

  3. Regulars want the same barber, every three weeks

Rebook from the last visit in one tap; a rebooking reminder at your interval

  4. Cash and card in the same till, counted at close

Mixed tender at the till with a blind cash count at close

  5. Nobody finds a new shop on a side street

A marketplace listing with next-available slots shown in results, 0 % commission

Questions from this trade

Can I take walk-ins alongside online bookings?

Yes. A walk-in is created at the desk in the same calendar the online booking page reads, so the free slots online are always the real free slots.

Can clients book a specific barber?

Yes — or 'anyone', which offers the earliest chair. Each barber has their own services and hours.

Do I have to take deposits?

No. Deposits are optional and per service; many shops set one on Saturday-only services. Deposits are on Core and above.

Is there a till?

Yes, on Pro: mixed cash and card tenders, receipts, shifts and a blind cash count at close.

What does the marketplace cost?

Nothing: £0 to list and 0 % commission on every booking it brings, on every plan.

Can I import my clients from Booksy?

Yes — the importer reads a Booksy client export (customer, cell phone, e-mail). Appointment history is not imported yet.

What does it cost?

Free for one chair; Core £49 a month for up to 5 barbers; Grow £99 for up to 15 with WhatsApp and SMS reminders; Pro £149 with the till. 0 % commission on all four.
