Add your services and prices

Add a service with its duration, price and buffer. Free allows ten services; Core and above have no limit. Colour services can carry processing time.
Every service you add appears on your booking page with its price and how long it takes, and the calendar uses the duration to decide which slots to offer.

What each field does
- Name and category — what the client sees, grouped the way your price list is grouped.
- Duration — the hands-on time. Slots are offered at this length.
- Price — in pounds and pence. Whole-pence amounts only.
- Buffer after — clean-down time blocked after the appointment, not shown to the client. The starter cut and blow-dry carries 10 minutes.
- Processing and finishing time — for colour: the time the client sits with product on while you are free, then the finish. A root tint in the starter pack is 45 minutes hands-on, 35 processing, 30 finishing.
- Add-ons — optional extras with their own time and price, such as a toner on a root tint.
- Deposit — none, a fixed amount or a percentage. Available from Core.
Editing the starter list
The services created at signup are ordinary services: rename them, change the price, or remove the ones you do not offer. A service you switch off stops appearing on the booking page but keeps its history in past appointments.
