Your reports export as CSV, a full data copy is one email away, and there is no contract on any plan — cancel from Settings › Billing any time.

Your revenue and staff reports export as CSV for any period — for your accountant, or simply to keep a copy. A full copy of everything else (your client list and appointment history) is a one-email request to support today: we send it within two working days, and a self-serve export is on the roadmap rather than pretended at here.
Cancel your plan
Settings › Billing
Cancel from Settings › Billing at any time, or email support and we cancel it the same working day. There is no notice period and no contract to run down on Free, Core, Grow or Pro. If you would rather step down than leave, moving to Free keeps your booking page and client data where they are, with Free's limits of one staff member and ten services.
Before you go
- Export your reports first, and ask for your data copy, then cancel — in that order.
- Tell clients with future appointments where to book next, or move to Free and keep taking them.
- Check for unredeemed gift cards; the balance on them is still owed to the client.
